Information we collect

Checkout & Orders. Name, email, phone, billing/shipping address, items purchased, order total, and internal order IDs.
Payments. Card data is not stored by us. Card details are captured and processed directly by Clover via secure, embedded payment fields. We receive a payment token/transaction ID and status only.
Class registrations. If you register for classes, we collect registrant name(s), email, phone, selected session(s), and quantities.
Support & forms. Info you submit in contact forms or support requests.
Site analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) which collects pseudonymous usage data (e.g., pages viewed, device/browser, approximate location).
Cookies & similar tech. Cookies may remember your cart, preferences, and support analytics and (if enabled) advertising measurement.

How we use your information

To fulfill purchases (process payments, create orders, deliver products, send confirmations/receipts).
To provide services (manage class registrations, send reminders/updates).
To communicate (order emails, service notices; marketing only if you opt in).
To improve and secure our site (debugging, analytics, fraud/abuse prevention).

When we share information

We share your data only with service providers that help us run the business, for the purposes above:

Payment processing: Clover (card tokenization, charge/void/refund). We do not receive your full card number.
Email delivery: Our email service/SMTP provider for sending confirmations and notices.
Analytics & measurement: Google Analytics 4.
Shipping & logistics: If we ship products, we share necessary details with carriers.
Legal & safety: If required by law, court order, or to protect our rights and users.

We do not sell your personal information. If we use advertising pixels (e.g., Meta) for measurement/retargeting, that may be considered “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising under some state laws—you can opt out (see Your choices).

Payments & security

Card data security. Card fields are hosted by Clover; your card number never touches our servers.
Website security. We use industry-standard safeguards (HTTPS, access controls, and least-privilege admin access). No method is 100% secure, but we work to protect your data.

Data retention

Orders & tax records: kept as required for business/accounting (often 7 years).
Class registrations & support tickets: kept as long as needed to provide service.
Analytics cookies: per provider defaults or your browser settings.
We’ll delete or anonymize data when retention is no longer necessary.

Your choices & rights

Email preferences. Marketing emails include an unsubscribe link. Transactional emails (receipts, service notices) will still be sent.
Cookies. You can control cookies in your browser.
Analytics/ads opt-out.
