2/13 & 14—10 TO 4-VIKING EPIC PROJECT CLASS—Join us for a special two day event with Karen Charles from Viking to make a unique backpack from a Lori Holt panel that you will accent and customize with your EPIC 3 or try out the new Viking machine with us and learn many wonderful tips and tricks using the Viking machines. Karen is a fun and very professional educator well known in the sewing and embroidery world—don’t miss this opportunity. Very limited registration —cost will include your project kit to be determined.
All materials are provided. Just bring a basic sewing kit, your curiosity and be prepared to have fun!
Stitch n’ Sling Bag
Create your very own sewn and quilted sling bag. The floral patterns, quilted textures and cheerful flying geese give it a vintage cottage meets modern aesthetic! Learn as you create!
What to Expect:
- Learn essential sewing & embroidery skills step by step instructions and leave with a completed project.
- Master great bag making techniques, and valuable experience using the 5/8″ Quilt Binder, edge joining foot and many other sewing feet as you create your sling bag.
- Karen Charles will teach you with a fabulous project that will inspire new ideas you’ll want to try at home.
- Meet fellow makers and socialize with others as you create your personal bag.
