About Richland Sewing Center

Your Sewing Know-How Center

For over 40 years and three generations, Richland Sewing Center has been the go-to spot for sewing, quilting, and embroidery enthusiasts across the Dallas–Fort Worth area. Located in Hurst, Texas, we’re a community where beginners and experts alike can find the machines, classes, and support they need to bring their ideas to life.

We carry a full line of sewing, embroidery, serger, and quilting machines, cabinets, and accessories from trusted brands like Husqvarna Viking, Brother, Janome, and Pfaff.

Our in-house repair department keeps your machines in top shape, and our wide range of classes and clubs help you master every stitch.

Meet the Richland Sewing Center Team

The team at Richland Sewing Center is as much a part of the shop as the machines and fabrics. We’re a group of teachers, techs, and sewing enthusiasts who love helping people choose the right machine, solve problems, and acquire new skills. We sew or embroider ourselves, so we get what it’s like to wrestle with a new project or finally nail a tricky stitch.

Whether you’re here for a class, looking for your next machine, or dropping off one for repair, you’ll get to know a few of us by name. We’re the ones running clubs, showing off features, fixing your gear, and sometimes just chatting about what you’re making.
